นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 7, 2026
Wallet Story (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website and the Wallet Story mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
Information Collection And Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: email address, cookies and usage data.
Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
Health Data
The Wallet Story app includes an optional health log. If you choose to use it, the readings you enter are stored in your own account and are used only to show them back to you inside the app.
Using the health log is entirely optional. If you never open it, no health data is collected at all.
What we store
Only what you type in yourself: measurements such as blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, body temperature, blood oxygen, body composition and body measurements, together with the date and time of each reading, any note you attach to it, the target ranges you set, which measurements you have chosen to track, and your measurement reminder settings.
The app also lets you record your body weight. Weight is kept in a separate weight log, which is described in the two paragraphs below because it does not follow all of the same rules.
We do not read your data from Apple Health, Google Health Connect, a wearable, a connected device or any health provider. Nothing is imported automatically.
How it is used
Your health data is used only to display your own readings, charts and reminders inside the app, and to produce the summary document you can choose to export or print for a medical appointment.
It is never used for advertising, never sold, never shared with any third party for their own purposes, and never used to profile you. It is not used to build recommendations, and the app makes no medical assessment of it: every out-of-range indication is measured against the target range you set yourself, and none of it is a diagnosis.
Who can see it
Only you. Health readings are stored in a private area of your account that no other account can read, including anyone you share an expense book with and anyone in your friend list.
Health data is not part of any leaderboard, ranking, group or shared book. This is deliberate and it is enforced by our server access rules, not only by the app.
The one exception is body weight: the weight log has an optional friends and group feature, and if you choose to use it, the friends you add can see your weight. Nothing else described in this section is ever shared, and turning that feature off is enough to stop it.
Deleting it
You can delete all of your health data at any time from inside the app, under Settings > Application > Delete my data > Delete health log. This removes every reading along with your target ranges, tracked measurements and reminders, and it cannot be undone.
That button does not remove your weight log, so that you are not taken out of the friends and group feature without asking for it. Deleting your account removes your weight log along with the rest of your account data.

Transfer Of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Thailand and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Thailand and process it there.

Security Of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Account And Data Deletion
You can delete your account and the data attached to it at any time. You do not need to contact us first, and you do not need to keep the app installed to ask.
Deleting your whole account
In the app, open Profile, then Manage, then Delete account. This deletes your account together with the data stored under it: your income and expense records, bank accounts, debts, budgets and documents, your reading log, your secret notes, your health log, your weight log, your uploaded photos and files, and your backups.
The deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone. Copies may remain in routine system backups for a short period before they are overwritten, and we may keep the minimum required to meet a legal or accounting obligation.
Deleting part of your data, and keeping the account
In the app, open Settings, then Application, then look under Delete my data. From there you can delete your health log, your reading log, your secret notes, your uploaded images, or the records of one account book, each on its own and without deleting the account itself.
If you no longer have the app
Email developer@walletstory.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days. Please do not include passwords or any health information in the message.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Firebase is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. You may opt out of certain Firebase features through your mobile device settings, such as your device advertising settings, or by following the instructions provided by Google in their Privacy Policy.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
